Crowdsourcing Wage Pledge Survey
Personnel
The Crowdsourcing Wage Pledge Survey is organized by M. Six Silberman with support from an international advisory board of researchers and requesters.
Organizer
Michael “Six” Silberman was co-founder, with Lilly Irani, of Turkopticon, the first requester reputation system for Amazon Mechanical Turk. Silberman is employed in the “Crowdsourcing Project” of IG Metall, the German Metalworkers’ Union, but is organizing the Crowdsourcing Wage Pledge Survey in an unofficial capacity.
Advisory Board
The Crowdsourcing Wage Pledge Survey builds on the work of, and is advised by, active requesters and crowdsourcing researchers who bring a variety of perspectives and experiences to the topic of crowdsourcing wages.
In addition to the researchers and requesters listed below, the advisory board includes an administrator from the worker-operated website TurkerView (anonymous by request).
